Easton is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Easton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I cant even make an appointment with these people bc the front desk ladies will not stop interrupting me, dont listen so they make incorrect appointments, and then refuse to even give their names when asked, obviously trying to not have any consequences for treating sick and disabled people horribly and refusing to do their jobs. If you can not stop interrupting someone and you can not listen to sick people, dont work in healthcare. It is that simple

I have been coming here many years and have seen my family doctor, therapist and even the dentist. The staff here is wonderful. They always make me feel welcome and take the time to truly listen. Every interaction has been friendly, respectful, and professional. It’s clear they care about their patients.

Fire your incompetent desk staff. Need an accommodation for work. Drop off form to find out what office needs to fill it out. Need an appt for paperwork as an existing patient for a 2min form. Ok. They scan the form in, make the appt. Appt: Had checked in at home through the provided link-got confirmation from it before I left the house. Got there early, asked if I checked, which is yes. System isnt showing it so the receptionist/nurse/whatever gets argumentative and says I didnt, do it now. Waste another 5min on a check in I already completed. Back to exam room and wait 25-30min PAST my appt to be told by Dr she cant fill it out and that she informed them yesterday. They made no attempt to cancel the appt. This is relevant esp bc while waiting, another patient that has apparently been trying to get a dependent in for a school form was running late but within the offices 15min window. Rude desk staff says youre late, we cant see you. Argues the 15min window then backtracks and says its bc long vs short appts, and hers is long. Why didnt you explain that when she made the appt? Where is it in writing? Competent office mgmt would have solved for both patient issues today.
